Accessibility statement
Everyone should be able to read this website and speak to Lou easily. This statement explains what has been done, what to expect, and how to tell us if something gets in your way.
This website
The site is built to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA as closely as we can. In practice that means every page can be used with a keyboard alone, focus is always visible, headings follow a logical order, images carry descriptive text, and colour contrast is checked against the navy and off-white palette.
Text resizes without breaking the layout, the menu and product carousel work with arrow keys as well as touch, and movement on the page is reduced automatically if your device is set to prefer reduced motion.
Known limits
The site has not yet been audited by an independent accessibility specialist, so there may be issues we have not found. Some product photography comes from suppliers and shows packaging text within the image, which is described in the surrounding copy rather than read from the picture itself.

The clinic is at 158 Balgores Lane, Gidea Park, Essex, RM2 6BS. If you have access requirements, would like to know about steps, parking or the treatment room before you come, or would prefer a longer or quieter appointment, tell Lou when you message and she will talk it through with you.
