When you message to arrange an appointment we receive your name, WhatsApp number and whatever you choose to tell us about your skin and what you are looking for.

If you go ahead with treatment, a consultation and skin health questionnaire are completed in clinic. These include health information, which is treated as a special category of personal data and handled with extra care.

This website has no contact form, account login, basket or payment processing, and does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

To reply to your enquiry, agree an appointment, assess whether a treatment is suitable for you, carry it out safely and keep an accurate record of what was done.

The lawful bases are legitimate interests for running the clinic and replying to enquiries, contract for appointments you arrange, and legal obligation for records we must keep. Health information is processed on the basis of health care provision under Article 9(2)(h) of UK GDPR, or with your explicit consent where that applies.

Your information is not sold and is not shared for marketing. WhatsApp, operated by Meta, carries the messages you send. Their own terms and privacy policy apply to that service. Information may be shared with an insurer or a regulator, or where the law requires it.

Enquiry messages are kept only as long as they are useful for arranging or following up an appointment. Clinical treatment records are kept for as long as professional and insurance requirements expect, then securely destroyed.

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask for it to be corrected or erased, object to or restrict how it is used, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Message Lou and she will deal with it.
