All enquiries and bookings are made through WhatsApp. Sending a message is an enquiry, not a booking. An appointment exists only once Lou has confirmed the date and time with you in conversation.

Every treatment is subject to consultation and suitability. Lou may decline or adapt a treatment where it would not be appropriate for your skin or health.

Prices shown on this website are for guidance and are confirmed with you before treatment. Where a price is shown as to be confirmed, it has not yet been set. Payment is taken in clinic, not through this website.
